Street Photography: A Grittier Side of Reno

While working on street photography for the Biggest Little Streets Instagram feed affiliated with the Our Town Reno street reporting collective, I've recently tried a grittier, drive by, walk by approach, to see the workers around the casinos, individuals and groups taking a smoke break, those waiting endlessly at the bus station, the cool cars going through Midtown, the homeless going to the shelter, not to take advantage of those out and about but to reflect a Reno that is disappearing, as more manual jobs get robotized, more areas get gentrified and fewer and fewer people use smaller and smaller public spaces.
