Fiesta on Wells, Latino Vote and UNR students

As part of two concurrent documentary projects, one documenting UNR students working on the Latino vote, and one called Swing County USA about swaying the Latino vote in Washoe County, Nevada, I went to the 2015 reincarnation of the Fiesta on Wells in Reno, one of the main avenues of Latino businesses and thriving Latino culture.
