As part of work with the documentary project Struggle and Hope about Oklahoma's still remaining historical black towns, I have come across very exciting, thrilling, dangerous, athletic, crowd-pleasing, training intensive, lucrative, trash-talking, side-betting rodeo relay races called the "pony express".
