Teaching Radio and Being Interviewed About It

As part of work with the University of Nevada, Reno, Reynolds School of Journalism, I was recently brought on to help with a special student project on the "Blank Generation", with student journalists reporting about income inequality from one neighborhood to the next. My very interesting assignment was to help produce radio features and other audio content.

The local KUNR, NPR affiliate, selected some of the produced radio features as part of a half-hour segment on the project, with some behind the scenes from me as well, on helping students elevate their sound catching abilities, broadcast writing, voicing and overall radio game.
