Talk and Travel

I am currently visiting northwestern India, experimenting cheap mostly temple-searching travel, new realities, belief systems and facades. In the meantime, here is a bit of talking I did on Walter Turner's Africa Today on KPFA. I plug the old creeky websites (a first!), discuss (albeit superficially, alas, but not without passion) some intricacies of the Ivorian stalemate (who is an Ivorian? how tropical mafias operate? the spectacle has been the process but when will the mirrors and the mirage of the Abidjan bridges really crack? ...), and also working as a foreign journalist in West Africa.

Happy year-ending reunions, festivities, fantasies, ramblings and realizations.
