practice rain and audio slideshow

I was hoping for big rains to try an audio slideshow. Only free software I could find that I could understand is something called MemoriesonWeb. Works with youtube quite nicely actually. But, the rains did not come as I thought they would as they have everywhere else in West Africa. Everyone is talking about juju (dark magic) by feticheurs (witch doctors) to protect ongoing road construction (on the corniche) to make Dakar less congested (inchallah). So this is on the ho hum side of things, it's what part of easy to flood Ngor (next to airport) looks like after a small rain.
